Terms of Service

1. The Services

Hasky provides the Services to businesses on a subscription. The plans, features and prices in force are the ones shown on this website when you subscribe, or the ones in your signed agreement.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. No payment card is needed to start. We will not charge you unless you choose a paid plan and add payment details.

After the trial, you can choose a paid Base or Pro plan. Your data is kept; nothing is deleted because a trial ends.

3. Plans, fees and billing

Prices shown on this website are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Fees are a flat monthly price for the whole company, set by your team-size band. Above 30 people, a per-person rate applies as shown on the pricing section. There is no per-token AI charge unless expressly agreed.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is pro-rated. Downgrades and band changes downward take effect at the end of the billing period.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Custom modules and projects we build for you are quoted and agreed separately.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the WhatsApp groups you add Coworker to. You confirm that you have the right to share the data in them and that group members have been told Coworker is present. You also follow WhatsApp's own terms of service.

You are responsible for the accounts and permissions you configure in CoworkerOS. You will not use the Services to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to try to access data that is not yours.

5. Data and ownership

Your data stays yours. Records, dashboards and apps built in your CoworkerOS — including anything built with Cobuilder — belong to your company. Hasky keeps ownership of the underlying platform and any general improvements to it.

6. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. AI output can be wrong, so check important records before relying on them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hasky's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached. When a subscription ends, we make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to customers at least 30 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
