Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Website visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address to Google when a page opens.

People who contact us: anything you send us by WhatsApp or email, such as your name, company, phone number and message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages in transit.

Waitlist, trial and account sign-ups: your company name and the email address or phone number you give us, plus your name and billing details once you open an account or choose a paid plan. We use your waitlist details only to contact you about CoworkerOS.

Customers of Coworker and CoworkerOS: the messages, files and contacts shared in the WhatsApp groups your company adds Coworker to, and the records CoworkerOS derives from them. We process this data on behalf of your company as our customer.

2. Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, run your trial, arrange a demo and provide the services your company has signed up for.

To operate, secure and improve the products. We do not use customer messages to train models for anyone other than your own company.

To meet legal obligations, including record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.

3. Where data lives

By default, customer data is hosted in Singapore. Customers may choose an on-premise deployment, in which case data stays on infrastructure they control.

We use a small number of sub-processors (hosting, AI model providers, messaging and email delivery). A current list is available on request.

4. Who can see it

Within your company, access follows the roles and permissions configured in CoworkerOS. Within Hasky, access is limited to staff who need it to deliver and support the service, under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors bound by contract, or where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and waitlist data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer data: for the duration of the subscription and up to 30 days after it ends, unless the customer asks for earlier deletion or the law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single local preference (light or dark theme) is stored in your browser.

8. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here and change the date above. Material changes affecting customers are notified directly.
